Today, 26 June 2013 Тернейским district court of Primorsky region sentenced the Director of the municipal state educational institution «secondary General school C. AGZU»found guilty in committing a crime under'clock 1 tbsp. 292 of the criminal code (forgery, that is making the face of the official documents of obviously false data, by personal interest). As established in the court session, as Director of the secondary school, using his official powers, she had committed forgery on behalf of her husband. So, in order to increase total period of employment of the spouse was issued a fictitious order for his job at the school at the guard position-Stoker, whose functions actually performed by another person. Such unlawful employment of the spouse of the Director lasted from September 2011 to December 2012. Recognizing the defendant guilty of committing the crime, the court sentenced the latest (taking into account the full admission of guilt in the crime, surrender and trial in the special procedure) to a fine in the amount of 50 thousand rubles.
