By becoming members of the Youth Council of the Findings, young people can influence on youth policy in the territory, to raise the legal and political culture, and participate actively in the life of the city. Municipal Duma at its June meeting approved the regulations on the Board, giving a start to the formation of the public Association. As have informed in the press-service of administration of Nakhodka city district, the idea of creating a Youth Council in Nakhodka was discussed long ago. New public Association should combine a proactive and progressive youth of the city. According to the adopted regulation, the aim of the Council — representing youth, its rights in the sphere of legislation. To claim a place in the Council can citizens at the age from 14 till 30 years — high school students, students of universities and colleges, young people engaged in production, small business, creativity, sports. Nomination of candidates has already begun. It will include also representatives of the administration and the Duma. The number of members with deliberative vote over the age of 30 years can not be more than three people. Young people independently determine in any committees and in what directions it is ready to work. The governing body of the new public structure will become the Presidium. Its form in accordance with the regulations of the following members: the Chairman and Secretary of the Council, heads of committees, representatives of local government. The term of the Chairman of the Council will be from one to three years. «Lack of desire to become members of the Council will not. We communicate with young people of different ages, the guys have a lot of plans and ideas! I think they are ready to work on the level of legislative initiatives», — said the head of the youth Department of the city administration Ruslan Kozorez. We should add that today on the territory of the urban district actively operated for about 20 youth associations. It is a Club of cheerful and resourceful, city volunteer corps, the Club of fans of history of the Fatherland «Clio»implementing projects at the Federal level, the youth Association «Nika», parliamentary debate Club «Gebo»» and many others.
