The budget of the Primorsky territory for 2013 revised. As the press service of the AP PC, taking into account changes of its parameters will make: income — 70 billion 540 million roubles, expenditure — 86 billion 218 million roubles, the size of the deficit amounted to 15 billion 677 million rubles. Deputies of profile Committee prior to the session approved the fiscal adjustment and brought the bill to the June meeting of the regional Parliament. As explained to the deputies of the first Vice-Governor of the Primorsky territory Alexander Kostenko, the increase occurs due to target transfers from the Federal budget in the amount of 1 billion 580 million rubles, unused transfers and the increase of own funds of the regional budget in the sum of 310 million rubles. Expenses increased including support to the hockey club «Admiral» — 120 million rubles subsidies; the acquisition of a swimming pool, technological equipment for the water treatment system and the operation of the pool in order to co-Finance construction of a Sports complex with a swimming pool» — 44 million 60000 thousand rubles, events on celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Primorsky Krai — 40 million rubles; the opening of the Opera and ballet theatre — 30 million roubles; the provision of subsidies for implementation of Charter activities of the Autonomous non-commercial organization «Agency for attracting investments in the Primorsky territory» — 28 million 803 thousand ; the acquisition of 100 machines sanitary vehicles for the provision of primary health care in leasing for 3 years — 25 million 400 thousand roubles. Also at the invitation of the administration of Krasnodar, the following happened redistribution of budget funds: Department of urban development of the Primorsky territory for the project «Construction of the theatre of Opera and ballet» increased budgetary allocations for 515 million 803 thousand rubles.
