Recognizing the accused guilty of committing these crimes, the court sentenced the last to punishment in the form of a 1.5 years of imprisonment conditionally. In addition, according to the court verdict, he is deprived of the right to hold positions at the state and municipal service for 1 year 6 months. It should be noted that this criminal case was initiated based on the Prosecutor's investigation.
