In the course of inspections conducted Seaside Prosecutor for supervision of compliance with laws in penitentiary institutions Krai revealed that in the Nakhodka educational colony violated the rights of the convicts on the design of sick leave for temporary incapacity for work, moreover, had been recorded and not received earnings. It turned out that in a colony-settlement, located in the Oktyabrsky district of the region, works on an accomplishment of adjoining territory was convicted prisoners in their own time. Thus, the project duration was increased without the written consent of prisoners and resolution of the head of the colony. In other correctional facilities edge violated the procedure for the crediting to the accounts of employed future salary. So, the salary was paid to them once a month, were substantially violated the rights of inmates. By results of inspection the administration of correctional institutions Krai made 22 recommendations for the elimination of violations in the sphere of remuneration and protection of works of the inmates. The perpetrators were brought to disciplinary liability, breach of legislation regulating the employment of convicts, is eliminated. In addition, not ignored violations of the colony, located in the Ussuriisk urban district. Violation of the affected part of the wage-setting in the employment contracts concluded with the prisoners. These employment agreements challenged by the Prosecutor in civil proceedings. According to the results of the court consideration of the claim of the Prosecutor found to be grounded and satisfied in full.
