Employees of the Center on the execution of administrative legislation
The staff of the Center for the execution of the administrative legislation of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia, Vladivostok during the period of conduct on the territory of the summer holiday season organized a series of preventive measures on revealing violations in the sphere of entrepreneurial activities in the children's health facilities. To date, verified three such institutions including sanatorium, sports and fitness centre and a private educational institution of additional education of children, situated in a suburb of the regional centre. As a result of checks by the police identified 68 sanitary books with visible signs of tampering. It should be noted that in the sanatorium number of counterfeit amounted to almost 100 % of the number of медкнижек maintenance staff including chefs and teachers. In all of these institutions at the time of the inspection there were children. Health books with visible signs of counterfeits seized by the police for conducting a pre-investigation check. Health books have all features of an official document. If experts confirm that they do not correspond to the established standards, the books will be recognized as a fake, and against the owners will be initiated criminal proceedings under part 3 of article 327 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation (using fake document). The heads of administrations of children's health institutions threatens the responsibility as a large monetary fine and arrest.
