Прокуратура Первомайского района Владивостока обнаружила нарушения в сфере приобретения, хранения и ношения оружия.
Психически ненормальную женщину лишили права владеть газовым пистолетом
Установлено, что женщина владела газовым оружием Reck G-5 кал. 9 мм, согласно лицензии, полученной в 1997 году. Срок действия лицензии может быть продлен лишь в том случае, если это не противоречит закону.
На лицензию не имеют права те люди, у кого есть для этого противопоказания, в том числе и психические расстройства.
Между тем, женщина страдает заболеванием психики – хроническим бредовым расстройством, а значит, владеть оружием не имеет права. Несмотря на это, сдать оружие добровольно она отказалась.
Прокурор вмешался в ситуацию, и женщине в принудительном порядке рекомендовано передать пистолет в полицию за деньги.
Исполнение решения контролирует прокуратура Первомайского района – сообщает VestiRegion.ru старший помощник прокурора Приморского края Елена Телегина.
