Жилищное строительство в России приблизилось к докризисным объемам
Объемы строительства жилья в РФ вплотную приблизились к докризисному уровню. Об этом заявил премьер-министр Владимир Путин на заседании президиума правительства.
"Самый высокий уровень ввода жилья у нас был в 2008 году, было зафиксировано 64,1 млн. кв. метров жилья", – сообщил он, отметив, что в 2011 году в стране введено 62,3 миллиона "квадратов".
Улучшить эти показатели правительство намерено путем сокращения издержек застройщиков, связанных с оформлением проектной документации. Соответствующий законопроект разрабатывает сейчас Минрегион.
Однако есть и другой вариант, о котором уже сообщало ИА "Приморье24". Когда Россия вступит в ВТО, на рынок придут иностранные застройщики - в частности, гиганты из Китая, где сейчас "пузырь" на рынке недвижимости грозит стабильности всей экономики. Российские просторы китайские девелоперы готовы застраивать буквально по себестоимости, которая не в пример ниже отечественной - по цене в 250 долларов за один "квадрат".
