Some persons HOMELESS, completely lost the ability to self-service, do not have documents of citizenship. For 6 months, and so many guests are in the center, they help to restore the documents, the right to housing (if there are grounds for and the possibility for this), retirement, health insurance, various benefits (if they rely)issue disability or determine the orphanage, to restore family ties.
