Chairman of the Committee on local self-government, law and order and legality Mikhail Veselov explained that the project provides for the bringing of the Charter of the city of Vladivostok in compliance with the Federal law № 157-FZ «On amending the Federal law «On political parties» and the Federal law «On basic guarantees of electoral rights and the right to participate in referendum of citizens of the Russian Federation», no. 231-FZ «On amending certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of the Federal law «On control over the compliance costs of government officials and other persons, and their income.» This project according to the decision of the Duma «On appointment of public hearings on the draft municipal legal act of the city of Vladivostok «On amending the Charter of the city of Vladivostok» will be submitted for public hearings to be held 18 July at 16 o'clock at the address:, Vladivostok, Okeansky Avenue, D. 20 Assembly hall, Vladivostok administration.
