After that, 13 to 17 March 2012 the defendants actually were on a tourist trip to Gongonge and spend the money on their own personal needs. In this case, the defendants did not attend the exhibition of fabrics, if not made, and other purposes that justify the trip abroad. On his return to the city of Vladivostok defendants signed expense reports and service tasks that contained false information. As a result of the criminal acts of the defendants from the city budget were stolen cash in the amount of more than 189 thousand rubles.

The defendants pleaded guilty and a criminal case has been considered by the court in a specific order. The court sentenced them to a fine. Two are accused by 200000 the rest of 150 thousand rubles.
