Being left dissatisfied with this decision, citizen K appealed the decision of the court of Soviet district in Primorsky regional court. But Primorsky regional court has not changed decision in this part: although the Treaty between K. and Fe «Lazarus Rubinstein» invalidated, give money to a Bank it will still have to, because the Bank is not a third party under this agreement.
