As the director of the Department of Roads of Alexey Shirshov, subsidies from the regional budget to municipalities for road repairs this year amounted to about one billion rubles. The money allocated for the co-payment for urban areas - 30 per cent for rural communities - 10 percent.
"Almost half of the municipalities in the region only placed orders online procurement. This means that to conclude contracts for the repair of roads they can until the end of July, "- he said.

The governor also asked for three days to prepare the full information on all municipalities about how the road repairs.
"Prior to July 1 must be enclosed all contracts, otherwise we will send the funds to other areas," - said Vladimir Miklushevsky.
