To solve the regional administration suggested the MPs to make the regional law amendments and install for pedagogical workers of monetary payment, that can be obtained on the eve of the heating season. Its size will amount to 70 percent of the cost for solid fuels at current rates, within the norms, established for sale to the public local authorities, based on the occupied area of the dwelling.
