It turned out that the municipal institution municipal institution «City Palace of culture»MBU «House of culture «Лозовый» and ACHIEVEMENT of NGO «the Professional College № 23» the wages paid in the current year, without regional factor and supplements to wages for the work experience in enterprises, institutions and organizations located in the southern areas of the Far East, that is below the minimum wage. Identified violations after the visit of the Prosecutor were eliminated workers recalculation of paid wages, 3 officials were brought to disciplinary liability. As reported by the RIA “VladNews” Elena Telegina, senior assistant Prosecutor of Primorsky Krai by the decision of the Prosecutor of the city, for violations of labour legislation heads of the audited institutions were brought to administrative responsibility for\’clock 1 tbsp. 527 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation in the form of the penalty for the sum of 5 thousand rubles. Not left without attention of the Prosecutor\’s office of enforcement of the legislation on labour protection. It was revealed that up to the present time the LLC «BIG BEN», LLC «heat Network company», LLC «Guerrilla cash settlement center» not organised properly training for the employees of the enterprises of the mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations, not ensured the safety of the workers in the operation of buildings, equipment, and also used in the manufacture of tools, raw materials and materials. Currently these enterprises have taken measures to address the violations in the sphere of labor protection.
