Today, 17 June, in Vladivostok started the action «Denounce blood — save life!» dedicated to the world day of the donor. As have informed RIA «VladNews» in the press-service of administration of the city, more than 40 people donated blood and its components in ГБУЗ Regional blood transfusion station (Oktyabrskaya street, 6). Organizer — administration of Vladivostok were prepared gifts to those who for the first time was donating blood. These new donors received on a bar of chocolate and circled with an inscription «I — donor». «24 people today for the first time wanted to donate blood, but for medical reasons to become donors could only 15 of them», — told the Deputy chief of the Department of realization of powers in the sphere of labor protection control on execution of programs on support of the population of administration of the town of Elena Chirkova. Action «Denounce blood — save life!» will be continued tomorrow and the day after tomorrow — 18 and 19 June. From 9 till 12 o\’clock everybody can donate blood and might save somebody\’s life. In addition, experts will answer all your questions about donations of blood, and those who first gives blood also be waiting for the gifts.
