Management of Federal Antimonopoly service for the Primorsky Krai conducted an unscheduled exit check against RUSHYDRO VPO far Eastern Federal University. The second case was filed on the grounds of violation of LLC «Маррис», LLC «Art-Line technology» and Federal state Autonomous educational institution of higher professional education of the far Eastern Federal University\’clock 2 item 11 of the FZ «On protection of competition» in terms of «vertical» agreements, which led to the establishment inflated prices resale of the goods by the delivery of a complex distributed computing system for the needs of the far Eastern state University with a condition of mounting and commissioning.
