The event was conducted with the aim of verifying the timeliness of the response to the possible Commission of illegal acts, the readiness of dresses to the timely actions in attack, the emergence of the threat or of force majeure on the protected non-departmental protection of especially important site. According to the legend of the exercises, on the adjacent territory of one of the protected objects of the banking sector team of collectors was attacked by unknown persons abducted values. The attackers, armed with automatic weapons, have disappeared on the car without state registration numbers in an unknown direction. After 30 minutes of criminal group of three people was discovered. After a short chase, the alleged criminals opened fire. Weapons and stolen possessions were confiscated. Further perfected actions on stabilization of the operational environment, the restoration of public order and public safety on the territory of responsibility after the liquidation of the emergency. Exercises showed that the actions of all services deemed satisfactory, staff of the private security and other units of the police are able to act as a coherent and coordinated. Algorithms of actions will help the participants of the event in real critical situation correctly assess the emerging situation, take appropriate decisions and to act in their implementation. After the event, in the Federal state institution SVR Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia for the Primorsky Krai held a briefing on the topic: «Ensuring safety of objects of particular importance, high-risk and life support systems». The briefing was attended by the acting head of the Federal state institution SVR Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia for the Primorsky Krai police Lieutenant Colonel Victor Zagorodnyuk, head of division of non-departmental protection of the city Уссурийску — branch of Federal state institution SVR Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia for Primorsk region, police Colonel Viktor Костаусов, Director of FSUE «Protection» of the interior Ministry of Russia for the Primorsky Krai in the city of Ussuriisk Valentina from Kharkov. The police told the journalists about the measures taken to ensure the safety of objects of particular importance, high-risk and life support located on the territory of Primorsky region. To date, branches of the Federal state institution SVR Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia for the Primorsky Krai protection 960 objects, including 454 objects of particular importance, 478 objects of increased danger, 28 objects of life-support. As reported by the RIA «VladNews» Nina Мамрак, press Secretary of the Federal state institution SVR Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia for the Primorsky Krai, on a quarterly basis by employees of the private security together with representatives of other interested agencies of preventive examinations and implementing measures on the evaluation of anti-terrorist protection of the objects of this category. In the current year there were held 968 such surveys for engineering and technical safety and anti-terrorist protection. Summing up the event, acting head of the Federal state institution SVR Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia for the Primorsky Krai police Lieutenant Colonel Victor Zagorodnyuk stated: «the Constant testing of joint actions of employees of internal Affairs is the keystone of success of the security of such facilities. The results of the exercise will be used to further improve service activity».
