Until the bailiff conducted outreach conversation with the father of the family of the debtor, in which property had a car Toyota Platz, the son of the debtor, having heard that in the case of nonpayment of debt on a vehicle can be seized, quietly took the car keys out and drove away in an unknown direction. This fact noticed lawyer «Примтеплоэнерго» and reported this to the bailiff, who warned the father of the debtor about the possible consequences of such a step. Citizen immediately called the son, and after 10 minutes the car was again standing at the entrance. Because the debtor has refused to pay the debt on the spot, the bailiff was the arrest of the vehicle with the subsequent removal and sending it to the Parking temporary storage.
