During customs supervision the unloading of the goods from the ship «OCEAN PRIDE», came to Vladivostok from the Japanese port Тоямашинка, revealed the fact of illegal movement across the customs border of 15 of used cars and auto parts. As reported by the RIA «VladNews» the press-Secretary of the Vladivostok customs Victoria Shamaeva, silver Toyota Fielder, Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, cherry Honda Fit, blue Toyota Spacio and other cars, tires, bumpers, grille and hood were not declared by the carrier of cargo documents on arrival of vessel. Message to the customs authority of false information about the goods, the carrier has violated the requirements of articles 150 and 159 of the Customs code of the Customs Union. Responsibility for such offences defined in part 3 of article 16.1 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation, and provides for penalties and (or) the confiscation of goods, which was subjects of an administrative offence. It should be noted that in 2013 is not a single case of such violation of the customs legislation. In January 2013 on this vessel also was imported car, not declared in the shipping documents. In addition, in March of the current year revealed 2 cases of illegal moving of the goods by vessels in the first case, two cars and parts, in the second container with cosmetics.
