It was about providing specialized housing all of the health workers and means of improving the status of the profession and attract young specialists. «Very well, that the administration of the city of Vladivostok was able to find solutions as to provide young professionals and people who have worked and lived in a specialized housing for some time, and not have already unable to leave the house», — commented Liudmyla Taran, Chairman of the Committee on municipal economy at the Vladivostok city Duma. As stated by Liudmyla Taran, the need for amendments of the project is already there, so the deputies unanimously voted for the submission for consideration to the Duma session. Also at the Committee meeting, the deputies considered the draft municipal legal act «Regulations on the implementation of the municipal housing control on the territory of Vladivostok city district». The project envisages in Vladivostok body of the municipal housing controls and regulates its activities. Subject of the municipal housing control, according to the draft, is the observance of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and citizens of the mandatory requirements established by Federal laws and laws of the Primorsky Krai in the field of housing and municipal legal acts of the city of Vladivostok in respect of the municipal housing Fund, including its safety and intended use, ensuring its proper status, procedure of reorganization and re-planning of residential premises, the timeliness and completeness of users (employers), residing in the premises of the municipal housing Fund, a payment for premises and utilities. In addition, the deputies approved the plan of work of the Committee on municipal economy at the Vladivostok city Duma of the III quarter of 2013. In the third quarter of the current year at the meetings of the Duma will consider the three worked Committee on issues that relate to the rules for the establishment, maintenance and protection of green plantings in the city of Vladivostok, as well as deputies will be approved the regulation on the implementation of the municipal housing control on the territory of Vladivostok city district and regulations on the organization of collection, removal, utilization and processing of household and industrial waste in the city of Vladivostok. Among the issues to be discussed at future meetings of the Committee, the main concern of the provisions on the implementation of the municipal housing control on the territory of Vladivostok city district and the provisions on the organization of collection, removal, utilization and processing of household and industrial waste, will also consider a draft legal act to the rules of the establishment, maintenance and protection of green plantings in Vladivostok. By September, the deputies will prepare a legislative initiative in the Legislative Assembly of the Primorsky territory on the issue of empowerment of the local authorities for a decision on approval or of refusal of approval of alterations to non-residential premises. In addition, by September of this year deputies of the Committee on municipal economy will begin training for the city of Vladivostok for the heating season 2013-2014
