This is a chance for young musicians to show itself to the world and a chance to make the city a welcoming base for creative people. To be the musical capital of the region, Vladivostok, according to the chief of "Troll", keeps its geographical position. "Ten years ago, the idea of such a festival would be fantastic. But now Vladivostok may indeed be the musical capital of the entire region, because it is at the crossroads of Asia, Europe and America," says Lagutenko.
