As told to the correspondent of RIA «VladNews» in the far East investigation Department of the investigation Committee of Russia, according to investigators, in 2011 has been concluded the state contract between LLC «Silver key» and Nakhodka customs. «Silver key» took custody of marine vessels and on their contents. In the end, the escrow company was transferred 4 fishing schooners, arrested and confiscated in criminal and administrative cases. Technical Director of «Silver key», knowing that these vessels for a long time and free of charge stored on the quay погрануправления UFSB in the city of Nakhodka, presented at the customs office documents that allegedly LLC costs incurred for storage vessels. In the end, custom company paid more than 2 million roubles from the Federal budget. Currently a criminal case has been forwarded to court.
