The audience were represented 8 videos and films of young Vladivostok Directors not longer than 15 minutes: «Simmering», «He», «Ноцебо», «Algerian lions», «Past». There were two musical clip «yesterday» group «Hurricane» and «Morning» group «Equator» and an advertising clip laser show. Films competed in pairs according to the Olympic system, and decide which film will take place in the next round, helped sound level meter is a special device that measures the peak noise generated by the audience. Choosing a favourite film, the audience shouted, stamping their feet and clapping. As a result of the semi-finals two films — «Past» — a film shot in pantomime and tells about the suffering love of one girl, and film-parody on Arthouse «He», in which a young boy during the video cooks and eats borsch. On stage were invited Directors of these films, and viewers were to choose a film-winner already, so to speak, looking them in the face. Despite the fact that the Director of the film «He tried to bribe the spectators, having promised in case of victory soup to feed all those who vote for it, winner film «Past», the Director and the operator of which is Anastasia Стребковой and Galina Petrova-was handed the certificate of 40000 rubles.
