Large debt to the state and private

Large debt to the state and private persons plus blatant unwillingness to pay off these debts, at least partially, can lead to the fact that bailiffs may take away the living space. The most illustrative example of such work is the situation with the citizen K. Yakovlevsky district. There, on the performance of local bailiffs in respect of this citizen is eight Executive documents on collection with citizen K. alimony, and also payments in favor of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex amounting to 258 thousand rubles, of which 148 thousand rubles in favor of its minor child in the orphanage. In March of this year bailiffs became aware of the fact that recently's current (citizen K) registered property acquired by inheritance - bedroom apartment in the village of Варфоламеевка. Almost immediately the bailiff Department of court bailiffs of the Яковлевскому district ordered the seizure of the apartment. In case of nonpayment of debt the property will be transferred to the realization that will repay the debt. Besides, as the press-service of the Primorsky UFSSP currently against citizen K. the investigator of the Department of court bailiffs of the Яковлевскому district preparing materials for excitation of criminal case on ст.157 of the criminal code (evasion from payment of means for the maintenance of children or elderly parents).
