Young talents have won awards at Vladivostok
Young talents Vladivostok received congratulations and cash awards from the Mayor Igor Pushkarev. At the end of the last academic year, 15 scholarships were students of art schools of the city, as well as students of the violin ensemble «Octave».
Young talents — honors and awards in various competitions, including international ones. This year, the lump-sum grants totaled 9000 rubles and 30000 awarded to young artists of the creative team, «Octave».
