Currently Maxim Poletayev is a member of the Board, Vice-President of Sberbank, the Chairman of the Moscow Bank. Maxim Poletaev will take the position of first Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank with simultaneous exemption from the post of Chairman of the Moscow Bank in case of the positive decision of the Moscow main territorial Department of Central Bank of the Russian Federation. In this case, the Chairman of the Moscow Bank will be appointed Oleg Smirnov, currently occupying the position of the Chairman of the Central Russian Bank of the savings Bank.
