He was warned about the possibility of criminal liability according to the old 157 of the criminal code (evasion from payment of the alimony). Now «уклонист» from the alimony is obliged to inform the bailiff of his employment, reveal the address of residence and place of work. It should be added that such enforcement practice of identifying the debtors outside the region of residence with participation of subdivisions of the transport police of Russia has already become one of the developed methods of interregional cooperation of the territorial bodies of the Federal bailiff service of Russia.
