As reported by the correspondent of RIA «VladNews» senior assistant SU TFR for the Primorsky Krai Aurora Roman, an officer of the Ministry of internal Affairs has not fulfilled the requirements of the Federal law «On police», and told the citizen that is a police officer and did not warn of his intention to use weapons, did not provide him the opportunity and time to fulfill the legal requirements.
