As has told to the correspondent of RIA «VladNews» senior assistant Prosecutor of Primorsky Krai Elena Telegina, according to investigators, being the precinct police Interdistrict Department of the interior Ministry of Russia «Dalnerechensk,» the man in 2011 and 2012 biennium hid 5 crimes by. He did it simply: made knowingly false information in the resolution on the transfer of messages on the crimes under investigation in the world court. Criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation provides that cases relating to crimes stipulated by article 116 of the criminal code (assault), be considered criminal cases of private prosecution and shall be instituted in respect of a specific person by giving the victim or his legal representative application to the court. Meanwhile, if the application is filed in respect of a person, which is not known to the victim, the magistrate sends the application to the bodies of preliminary investigation to decide on initiation of criminal case. The examination found that the precinct when examining communications about causing 5 applicants beatings by unidentified persons were untrue, that is false explanations on behalf of non-existent citizens. They indicated that the injuries inflicted on the applicants by the specified persons as a result of the conflict that has arisen between them, in this connection, the district issued a decree on the transfer of messages about the crime under investigation in the world court. In the result of such actions of the official of the police criminal cases on the facts of beatings of five local residents were not filed in accordance with the law, measures to identify the perpetrators of these crimes have not been taken. At present, the criminal case was sent in Dalnerechensk district court for consideration on the merits. After the abolition of the Prosecutor illegal resolutions specified person, the Interdistrict Department of the police of criminal cases were initiated based on signs of crime, envisaged by H. 1 tbsp. 116 of the criminal code (beating) and paragraph «a» \’clock 2 tbsp. 116 of the criminal code (beating of hooliganism).
