When carrying out enforcement activities specialists of the Rosselkhoznadzor administration in Khankaisky district revealed gross violations of the norms of the use of land by foreign workers — two waste dumps on agricultural lands. The first dump was arranged a citizen of China Liu Cai not far from the village of Oktyabrskoye, the area of the landfill amounted to 400 square meters, the weight of waste exceeded 0.8 tons. The second dump arranged Chinese овощеводом Yu international hotel on 200 square meters of the territory Петровичанской rice irrigation system, here the weight of waste amounted to around half a ton. In both cases, growers from China left on the fields of plastic bottles and cans of pesticides and agrochemicals, plastic bags and nets, and various household and construction waste. The waste was dumped in a well visible from afar two large piles. Currently landfills required to address, in respect to citizens of the PRC instituted administrative proceedings.
