Investigative agencies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Primorsky Territory completed the investigation of a criminal case against a doctor addiction psychiatrists district outpatient department GBUZ «CPV». He is accused of having committed crimes under Art. 290 of the Criminal Code (attempt to bribe), Art. 292 of the Criminal Code (forgery).

According to investigators, in February 2013 the accused, with the purpose to obtain a medical certificate for employment on the job, asked citizens. A preliminary medical examination, the doctor found a drug they use, and therefore suggested that he undergo further examination. The patient, referring to the life situation, asked to issue a certificate without going through the proper procedure. The doctor agreed, but asked him to pay a bribe of 10000 rubles. The patient gave the required amount, while the defendant knowingly made a false medical certificate of non-citizen in substance abuse and contraindications for employment. The crime was not until the end, because the doctor was arrested by the police.
