The deputy head of the Far Eastern Railway Sergei Ryabov, the main cause of late delivery of coal lies in the technical capabilities of cargo handling ports in the winter.
«With the onset of winter in a number of trans-shipment port of Primorye Territory is markedly reduced due to the inability to process the incoming address in their export coal. And this is due, primarily, to the lack of infrastructure to the consignee of the necessary technical means to facilitate defrosting cars with coal that eventually leads to congestion on the railway in the winter, «- said Sergey Ryabov.

At the end of the meeting Sergey Ryabov expressed his confidence in the continuation of mutually beneficial foreign relations with Japanese businessmen.
