Boundary deputies believe that the number of donors in the region should be increased to 30 per thousand population. This index should bring our region to the norms of the civilized countries of the world.
In the meeting, the "round table", which discussed the situation in the donation in Primorye, vice governor attended Irina Vasylkova, as well as members of the Legislative Assembly of Constantine Mezhonov, Alex and Tatiana Kozitski Khrushchev.
Questions donation became only the more acute after the adoption of the federal law "On the donation of blood and blood components", which excluded a cash payment to donors. This has led to a decrease in the number of people on the points of delivery of blood. Therefore, on April 26 the Ministry of Health issued an order "On occasions the possibility of replacing the free food donor blood and (or) its components monetary compensation and the procedure for establishing its size." It gives people the right to get paid for the blood. The payment is 5% of the subsistence minimum established in the region - is 424.1 rubles.
As noted by the health department of Primorsky Krai, the situation in the donation in the region remains stable. In 2013 the number of donors increased by 2 per cent compared with 2012.
"We have not lost donors - people come to us, but this is not enough, you need more than , - Said the head doctor Primorsky Regional blood transfusion station Anatoly Vakulenko. - Now people come to us, basically, to 40 years: a lot of students, military organizations, the Emergencies Ministry. "
In Primorye, a thousand people now account for 11 donors. This is less than in the Khabarovsk Territory and Moscow (14 donors). At the same time, developed countries accounted for 40 to 60 donors per thousand.
"The executive and the legislature need to continue working on the issue of support for organ donation, - The deputy of the regional parliament Konstantin Mezhonov. - Need a program to encourage altruistic donation. Need PSAs of this noble cause. We must support donors not only financially."
In order to attract people to donate blood points, to revive the title of Honorary donor, said the deputy Alexei Kozitski.
"You also need to attract young people , - Said the MP, who is an active donor. - Yet little information to draw a large number of people on blood donation items. Possible to develop a list of social benefits for donors. Important that donation was honorable occupation. "
Deputies intend to continue to support organ donation. Now we study the experience of other regions where such work is carried out.
