From 27 to 30 May in Vladivostok held the Asia-Pacific Energy Forum ATEF\’2013. According to the organizing committee of the forum, the event is held under the auspices of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP).
Participation in the forum will be more than 250 delegates from 62 countries. It is expected the participation of the energy ministers of member countries of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP). The main thematic line forum ATEF is energy security in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) is the largest of the five regional commissions of the United Nations, was established in 1947. Its main activity is to solve economic and social problems of the region.
