The bill, which has been prepared by the Interdepartmental Commission for the pre-reform savings of citizens exposed to a single portal for posting information about the development of the federal bodies of executive power of draft legal acts and the results of their deliberations public.
If the Finance Ministry's proposals are adopted, the payments in 2014 will be able to get all citizens, regardless of their year of birth. Currently, compensation for deposits in the Savings Bank, and contributions to the "Rosgosstrakh" three times the amount of the balance of contributions or contributions are provided only to citizens born before 1945 inclusive, and double the size - citizens from 1946 to 1991 of birth, including the heirs.
The amount payable will depend on the storage deposits. Under current savings as well as savings, closed in 1996 and after, it is suggested to apply a factor of 1.
