The bill, which has been prepared by the Interdepartmental Commission for the pre-reform savings of citizens exposed to a single portal for posting information about the development of the federal bodies of executive power of draft legal acts and the results of their deliberations public.

Only in the next six years is expected to pay compensation for the pre-reform deposits in the Savings Bank in the amount of 315.3 billion rubles, for contributions to Rosgosstrakh at bargain kinds of personal insurance — in the amount of 29.4 billion rubles, and on government securities of the USSR and the RSFSR placed on territory of Russia — in the amount of 840 million rubles.
