The State Duma started discussing an unexpected bill: it is proposed to introduce a tax increase for those who evaded military service. Citizen for illegal man to 45 years old will have to give one-fifth of all state revenue. So overdue military duty will be easy to finance, writes «RG».
The document adopted by the State Duma Committee for discussion on the budget, taxes and duties, said that if «natural male person» did not pass the military service and were not exempt from it legally, then they set a tax rate of 20 percent in respect of all income is 7% above the income tax.
