Environmental damage due to illegal tree felling company reimbursed the seaside

Meanwhile, by virtue of Article 29 of the Forest Code, logging in excess of allowable cut (allowable exemptions wood) is prohibited, and legal entities shall harvest timber in accordance with the rules of timber harvesting on the basis of lease agreement.
Given these circumstances, against the director of the branch of "Light" of "Primorsklesprom" Terneysky District Attorney filed an administrative action under Part 1 of Art. 828 of the Code of Administrative Offences - illegal cutting of forest plantations.
As a result of its consideration of the said official administratively liable to a fine of 20 thousand rubles.
In addition, the district prosecutor appealed to the district court to Terneisky claim for recovery from the legal entity of "Primorsklesprom" the amount of environmental damage caused in excess of 60 thousand rubles.
