Administration of Vladivostok unilaterally broke the contract with the company "Mortrans"

In "Mortrans" late in the evening on May 20 received a letter from the mayor's office, informing that from June 10 Administration of Vladivostok terminates the contract with the company "Mortrans" unilaterally.

The reason was the refusal of the captains of the output on all routes, as long as the authorities do not pay attention to the problem of the safe landing, disembarking and do not take some emergency measures to repair berths. In response, officials have decided to close their eyes to the problem, which "Mortrans" literally "screaming" the past three years, and to terminate the contract.

Recall that prior to May 202013 the company was fully compliant with all the responsibilities for marine passenger transport, regularly transporting passengers on all routes and destinations. Unilateral breaking agreement means that more than 300 employees will be unemployed. According to the Labour Code, the company must reduce all employees and pay them compensation.
