Due to the outbreak of avian flu «Eych7-En9» /H7N9 /China\’s economy has lost more than 40 billion yuan /about $ 6.5 billion /. ITAR-TASS quoted the Xinhua news agency.
First deputy chairman of the China Association of livestock Sizhun Lee said that because of the flu, «Eych7-En9» China from the end of March loses an average of one billion yuan per day, mostly due to the loss of low demand for chicken meat and a drop in production of poultry industry.
Do Sizhun stressed that the temperature of 100 degrees Celsius virus «Eych7-En9» die within one minute. He also called on all consumers trust products to major poultry farms of the country.
At present, China has recorded 130 cases of human infection with influenza virus, «Eych7-En9», 36 of them — with fatal consequences.
