By 2015 every Russian university should be established to monitor scientific and educational works on borrowing. This is the goal set themselves the developers of «Anti-plagiarism,» said the Executive Director of the same company, Yuri Chekhovich at a press conference in ITAR-TASS.

He stressed that the original project was guided by the universities, its goal was to improve the quality of higher education. «According to directors, two of the three handed over to check for downloading from Internet.
