From 14 to 24 May in Vladivostok in the exhibition hall of the Art Museum of the Scientific-Research Museum Palo «Artetage» will be held the 16th traditional regional exhibition-competition of architectural and design work of youth «Parallels 2013.»
The initiator of the exhibition is the engineering school of the Far Eastern Federal University in conjunction with the Administration of Primorsky Krai, the Maritime Organization of the Union of Architects of Russia, DVRO of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Building Sciences. Take part in the exhibition are invited to universities asking for architectural and design preparation, as well as art schools and studios of the city and the region.
The exhibition will be widely represented exploratory design and artistic development of students on the problems of development and reconstruction of the city of Vladivostok, the formation of its new «architectural face,» as well as the architectural fantasies of the young artists.
The exhibition «Parallels» has been held every year since 1997 has its own history and its own traditions and aims to demonstrate and exchange of innovative architectural and design ideas. One of the main goals of this event is to create a space of creative communication and, in the professional community, and to attract the general public to the problems of the modern city.
