Far Eastern youth to inculcate a sense of patriotism and tolerance

According to him, the situation in the sphere of inter-ethnic and inter-confessional relations in the Far East has always been controlled. At the same time, law enforcement agencies identify extremist groups and their attempts to suppress illegal activities.

The leader of the community of Vladivostok "Simargl Shield" has been held criminally liable for actions aimed at inciting hatred and enmity, as well as the destruction of human dignity on the basis of gender, race, nationality. This community is a branch of the organization, which in 2004 was the decision of the court as extremist. Thanks to the staff of the Far Eastern cupola foiled an attempt to hold the adherents of the doctrine of the training seminar in one of the secondary schools of Irkutsk. Attended the seminar followers of the subjects of the Far East and other regions of Russia, as well as from the countries of the CIS. After the intervention of the police to the school principal was issued a warning about the inadmissibility of extremist activity. One of the organizers brought to administrative responsibility. In addition, identify the persons with ties to members of the group of so-called "Primorye Partisans" and available on the Internet materials calling for extremist and terrorist activities. In particular, some materials called for physical violence against the police officers and their families, and others to justify terrorism. It was a criminal case under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code.

As the head of the Center "E" most active youth groups noted in Khabarovsk and Vladivostok. Attempts their illegal activities were mainly to disseminate literature, leaflets, images, ideas declaration containing incitement to ethnic hatred. By its composition, extremist groups are heterogeneous, but the largest number of participants are young people between 18 and 25 years. Activists groups often operate among young people, are propaganda among teenagers, give them samizdat literature, recommend how to find the "right" of the World Wide Web. Sometimes try to attract money for students for conducting various extremist actions.

- At the same time, many young people do not realize that their activity is criminal and punishable. That is why it is important to explain this to your child from childhood, brought up in him a sense of patriotism and tolerance, - said Victor Dzmitruk. - Along with the work of law enforcement agencies in the prevention of youth extremism significant role belongs to the parents. Be interested in what the children are addicted to that "rock" in the network "Internet", with whom they talk to, what public places are visited.

In addition, serious explanatory work in this direction should be carried out and the teachers in the schools. Legal literacy can prevent young people from serious problems with society and the law - says Victor Dzmitruk.
