Within a week of tourism in Vladivostok hosting an international tourism exhibition PITE — 2013. May 18-19 it will offer visitors an unusual gastronomic tour. Guests will be free to enjoy Asian and Latin American dishes.

So the organizers decided to hold a «Festival of ethnic cuisine from around the world.» During the two days will be arranged by a culinary show — leading chefs will give master classes and acquaint the participants with the features of a particular cuisine.
Each of the artists will have a half hour not only cook a few meals that most accurately reflect the specifics of a certain ethnic cuisine, but also talk about the culinary customs and traditions of your country. Well, guests will be able to personally assess the Vietnamese, Japanese, New Zealand and Latin American dishes.
«National Cuisine Festival» will open in the sports complex of Palo (Fr. Russian) at 1400 on May 18 with a master class in Vietnamese cuisine, will be held at 1600 «presentation» of Japanese cuisine. Schedule of workshops on May 19 is as follows: 1200 — New Zealand cuisine, 1400 — Workshop on coffee drinks in Latin America.
