Primorye Governor decided not to start the province's energy "experiment on humans"
The governor met with Sergei Garden - Chairman of the Working Group on the issue of participation of our region in a project for the introduction of a social norm.
"I have instructed you to organize a working group and to carefully consider all aspects of the introduction of the social norm of consumption of electricity in the region. This question today concerns many of Primorye and, in my opinion, rightly so" - Said Vladimir Miklushevsky.
As reported Sergey Garden, the group consists of specialists in the field of energy supply and demand, the deputies of the Legislative Assembly, members of the public, municipalities and unions.
"All members of the group came to a consensus - Today the edge is not ready to participate in a pilot project for the introduction of a social norm. Proposed Regional Development of the method of calculation of sotsnormy in our view does not allow to accurately produce a clear and reasonable settlement.
