The governor met with Sergei Garden — Chairman of the Working Group on the issue of participation of our region in a project for the introduction of a social norm.
«I have instructed you to organize a working group and to carefully consider all aspects of the introduction of the social norm of consumption of electricity in the region. This question today concerns many of Primorye and, in my opinion, rightly so» — Said Vladimir Miklushevsky.
As reported Sergey Garden, the group consists of specialists in the field of energy supply and demand, the deputies of the Legislative Assembly, members of the public, municipalities and unions.

According to members of the working group, to introduce a social norm not only untimely, but also wrong.
