Killer Dalnegorsky mayoral candidate lived in Vladivostok on forged documents

Investigative agencies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Primorsky Territory completed the investigation of the criminal case against Alexander outside. He is accused of committing a crime under pp "F, g" Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (murder committed socially dangerous way, a group of persons by prior agreement), part 2. 222 of the Criminal Code (trafficking in firearms, ammunition), Part 1 Art. 327 of the Criminal Code (forgery of an official document).

According to investigators, in September 2006 Vovna, experiencing personal dislike for one of the candidates for the post of head of administration Dalnegorsky urban district, along with two accomplices, Alexander Fedotov and Alexander Fahretdinova conceived to kill him. October 192006 they armed themselves with two Kalashnikov rifles design, equipped with devices silencers and ammunition, a van drove up to the house on the Boulevard Polina Osipenko in Dalnegorsk and started waiting for their prey. When about 12 hours to place the victim arrived, opened the window Fakhretdinov cabin van, through which Vovna made at least two single-aimed shots from a machine in the victim, Fedotov also fired a shot at him. As a result, the victim died of his wounds. In the immediate vicinity of an event were children - students located near schools.

Since November 2006 the accused is on the federal wanted list, and lived on forged documents. He was arrested on January 102013 in a hospital in the city of Vladivostok.

The consequence collected sufficient evidence presented in connection with a criminal case will be referred to the court for consideration on the merits.

For Fedotov and Fahretdinova previously convicted. Fedotov was sentenced to prison in '21 Fahretdinova 18 years in prison, serving both defined place in the penal colony.
