In August last year, 34-year-old offender was convicted by a court for Seaside robbery, sexual assault of a minor and battery. For all the crimes the man received 19 years in prison.
Disagreeing with the decision of the court, the offender threatened the officials participating in the process, both at the stage of investigation, and in the courtroom.
While in custody, he wrote threatening letters to the deputy head of the Russian IC, the prosecutor, the prosecution in court. In addition, the offender threatened the higher prosecutor dismissed the appeal on the prosecutor, lawyer and judge, as well as their families. Given the characteristics of the accused, death threats were perceived as real.
