Entry into force of the sentence Pervorechenskij district court against a bailiff-executive Department of Tell Bailiffs Pervorechenskij area Vladivostok in VV Falsehood for the committed offense of forgery.
In August last year, it was found that the former bailiff — singer VV Injustice, receiving money from citizens to repay the debt by the traffic police fines, receipt books pointed to only a portion of the money, and the rest pocketed.
The crime was discovered in the course of joint inspections, officers of the Anti-Corruption Office of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Primorsky Territory and the staff of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Primorsky Territory. Investigative agencies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Primorsky Territory was prosecuted.
The decision of the district court Pervorechenskij V. Injustice was found guilty on st.292 Part 1 of the Criminal Code (forgery) and Part 3 of Article 160 of the Criminal Code (embezzlement) and was sentenced to 4 years imprisonment.
