In the course of April 2013 the district prosecutor\’s office Pervorechenskij Vladivostok verify the legitimacy of the use of the stadium «Builder» for placing the trade area revealed numerous violations of the laws of the land.
According to the prosecutor\’s office VestiRegion.ru Pervorechenskij district of Vladivostok, it was found that the company «Degrees» uses part of the stadium «Builder» for placing the trade stands in the absence of legal documents for land.
According to the facts of violations prosecutors filed cases on administrative offenses provided for by Art. 7.1 Administrative Code (unauthorized occupation of land). As a result of their review entity NGO «Degrees» held liable to a fine for a total of 60 thousand rubles.
In addition, the district prosecutor\’s office in Pervorechenskij district court of Vladivostok directed writs for the release of illegally occupied land. The results of their review and the virtual elimination of violations is under control in the district prosecutor\’s office.
