According to the prosecutor's office VestiRegion.ru Pervorechenskij district of Vladivostok, it was found that the company "Degrees" uses part of the stadium "Builder" for placing the trade stands in the absence of legal documents for land.
According to the facts of violations prosecutors filed cases on administrative offenses provided for by Art. 7.1 Administrative Code (unauthorized occupation of land). As a result of their review entity NGO "Degrees" held liable to a fine for a total of 60 thousand rubles.
