Investigative agencies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Primorsky Territory completed the investigation of the criminal case against 27-year-old woman. She is accused of having committed an offense under Part 1 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code (causing death by negligence).
According to investigators, January 312013 in an apartment house in the street youth in the village of Slav defendant was bathing in a tub of their young child\’s birth in 2011. When finished bathing, the woman showed criminal negligence and one boy left unattended in a partially filled tub to take a towel. At this time, the child briefly plunged into the water. He died by drowning.
The consequence collected sufficient evidence presented in connection with a criminal case to the court for consideration on the merits.
